Coordinated control of rotor kinetic energy and pitch angle for large‐scale doubly fed induction generators participating in system primary frequency regulation

چکیده

This paper presents a control strategy of large-scale wind-thermal power joint primary frequency regulation. First, an integrated is established rotor kinetic energy and pitch angle for wind turbine generators participation in regulation within wide range velocity; Second, fuzzy PI controller designed the recovery turbine, which can avoid occurrence secondary drop accident during generator exits Third, optimal allocation modulation based on weighting factors proposed different operating conditions to make full use capability control, orderly exiting established. Finally, framework proposing constructed enhance ability connected systems. The feasibility verified by two examples. results show that presented able heighten characteristics system response availably provide reference scheduling with power.
